Integral Performance Exercise Physiology is a leading allied health practice in the Logan area. We are a team of university accredited health professionals that view movement as medicine for a wide variety of health conditions. These include but are not limited to musculoskeletal injury, chronic illness, pain, and disability. We design specialised exercise and education programs based on the latest evidence-based practice proven to benefit your longevity.

Tim founded Integral Performance in 2017 when he decided to forge his professional identity as one that upholds exercise science principles and merges them with therapeutic care. Having extensive experience as an exercise scientist and an accredited exercise physiologist, he has helped years worth of clients achieve their health and performance goals.

Eloise Harvey

Eloise has a love of all things movement, coupled with a desire to help others. Her passion started when she discovered competitive swimming at age 5. When she is not acting as Integral Performance’s go-to person and practice manager, she is working as a Level 2 Allied Health Assistant for NDIS patients with different goals and needs. Eloise is thrilled to have completed her Honours program with Distinction, where she explored the disease process in patients with Motor Neuron Disease.
